The Gaming Expo Asia (G2E Asia) will be held at the Venetian Macau, May 22-24, 2012. The G2E Asia is the international gaming exhibition and conference dedicated to the Asian gaming market and will offer comprehensive industry education, networking opportunities and access to hundreds of industry experts.

The G2E Asia 2012 Conference will begin Tuesday, May 22 with the Global Markets Forum, a full-day program featuring a series of discussions related regulatory issues that are affecting current and emerging gaming markets in Asia.

Sessions will include: “Manila Makeover: The New Philippine Market”, “Spotlight on Macau: A Conversation with Local Leaders”, “Compare and Contrast: The Differing Gaming Models of Cambodia and Vietnam”, and “If Not Now, When? Legalization in Japan, Korea and Taiwan” and “Success in Singapore: Has Gaming Delivered on Its Promise?” On Wednesday, May 23, the conference will split into two tracks intended for senior and mid-level management.

Both will focus upon operations, gaming technology and marketing and will provide content that is tailored to each group’s needs. Senior management sessions include: “The Asian IPO: How to Evaluate an Emerging Company”, ”Regulatory Review: Lessons for the Emerging Market”, and “More Than Gaming: How the Integrated Resort Can Work Across Asia.”

Sessions for middle managers include: “Spreading the Word: Marketing Across Asia”, “Excellent Employees: How to Grow and Retain Talent in Asia”, and “Beyond Baccarat: Cultivating Non-Gaming Business.” General conference sessions will be held Wednesday, May 23 and Thursday, May 24 and will offer a range of topics relevant to everyone involved in Asian gaming.

Industry leading speakers will discuss technology, economic and social trends, the gaming market in China and the impact of social media. On May 23, G2E Asia will offer a general session on VIP junkets entitled, “Very Important Business: The Evolution of Junket Operations.”

Conference attendees can learn about recent changes in junket operations, licensing and regulations issues, and the future of junkets in casinos around the world. In addition to the scheduled conferences, attendees will have access to numerous exhibition pavilions displaying innovations in security, premium gifts, casino equipment and iGaming.
