NetEnt has taken another bold step forward and released a number of their games at New Jerseys Tropicana online casino. This follows their collaboration with Poker Stars, the world’s largest online card room, which now offers NetEnt content exclusively to players within the states’ borders.

The highly successful Swedish developer brokered a deal in late 2015 with Gamesys US to be able to feature a selection of games on both the Virgin and Tropicana online casino platforms. Gamesys has been a leader in the online gaming market for several years and by incorporating NetEnt games into their portfolio, they now have added prestige.

NetEnt has secured a transactional waiver from the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement, which allows the developer to launch games under an existing operator whilst their full license application is pending review. As per New Jersey law, any casino operating online must have its servers in a licensed land based casino within the state, and NetEnt has already established partnerships with Tropicana, Caesers Interactive Entertainment, and Golden Nugget.

The first games have now gone live at Tropicana, the online version of Atlantic City’s famed land based casino of the same name. The successful integration of NetEnt’s online gaming software at Tropicana has been beneficial to both brands, as the Swedish developers are able to expand their offering, and Tropicana’s players can now enjoy access to a greater selection of games.

The partnership has been very well received by all, and Leon Earp, the GM of Gamesys US has said that he feels NetEnt’s offering perfectly complements the New Jersey gaming brands’ existing offering.  NetEnt America’s MD, Björn Krantz agrees, and says that their efforts to provide a premium gambling experience will match Gamesys commitment to securing long term, sustainable growth in an ever growing online market.

Tropicana Entertainment’s vice president of online and internet marketing, Luisa Woods weighed in too, stating that they were determined to offer players the best possible online entertainment experience and that by collaborating with NetEnt, they’d be able to offer innovative gaming at its optimum.

With NetEnt releasing high profile games such as Guns ‘n Roses, Sparks, and Dazzle Me, along with a number of other titles in the pipeline, its clear that players in New Jersey will be spoilt for choice when playing online.
